He has developed a First-Time Home Buyer seminar offered regularly throughout the year at various locations city wide, as well as a comprehensive manual to help first-time home buyers successfully purchase their home stress free. With an extensive network of colleagues, including real estate agents, real estate lawyers, home inspectors, appraisers, and insurance providers, Eric is also able to refer experienced professionals that can assist you through the entire process.'
