Erica Vincelli is an Ottawa born native who has a great enthusiasm and love for this city. She developed this passion after working in three different continents and travelling to more than 20 countries. Having purchased her first home at 21, she can identify with her clients the joys of home ownership and the often daunting process it takes to get there. As a mortgage agent, Erica has access to over 30 lenders which means she will do all the leg work for you.

She wants this to be a time in your life that you remember fondly; that’s what a mortgage agent is supposed to do. By educating first time homebuyers or those who’ve been down this road before, Erica will assist you step by step and will show you how working with an agent can really make this process fun and simple.

She firmly believes that once the transaction is complete that her job doesn’t end there. She works for you which means she is available to you as her “go to” if and when you have any questions. Erica loves helping people and has been volunteering for more than 20 years for various charitable organizations including the last three years in the kitchen at The Ottawa Mission on Saturdays twice a month.
